How does Kriskras count steps?
From Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android, once you connect it. Without it, Kriskras estimates the steps of a recorded walk from its distance.
How do streets turn green?
After a walk, Kriskras matches your route to the streets on OpenStreetMap. A street counts when you walked along it, not when you only crossed it.
Who can see my routes?
Only you. When you share a walk with your Circle, they see the distance, time and number of streets, never the route.
Someone in my Circle bothers me
Open the Circle member list, tap the person and choose Report or Block. You can also leave the Circle at any time.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile › Account › Delete account. This removes your account and all your data for good. Can't open the app? Email us from the address you signed up with.
